We are going to build the largest cannabis facility in Germany. We have a huge former military site at our disposal for this purpose. The law for cannabis legalization in Germany will soon be passed. In order to finance the project on this scale, we are issuing the “Deutscher Cannabis Token” (DECT). The DECT token is the only cryptoasset in the world that is linked to real cannabis plants. Via NFTs, DECT token holders receive their own assigned cannabis plants (1 DECT token = 1 NFT = 1 real cannabis plant). The token holder is paid the yield of the plant.
The DECT token provides access to planting place NFTs, with which the token holders receive crop yields. The returns vary depending on when the token is purchased. After launch, the DECT will be listed on international trading exchanges and provide access to our DECT-S2S and DECT-Grow systems. In addition, the DECT serves as an entry ticket for the site (site visits are announced on the platform). Another benefit for token holders is the exclusive store with discounted CBD and cannabis products. This store is reserved exclusively for token holders and includes products at wholesale prices. Token holders will be able to attend events such as concerts, specialist lectures and seminars free of charge. Once cannabis cultivation begins at our location, token holders will have access to live cameras to monitor their own plants.
DECT-S2S and DECT-Grow are our Blockchain-based systems that will revolutionize cannabis cultivation. DECT-S2S is a modular track-and-trace system for monitoring all steps in cannabis cultivation. We specifically leverage blockchain technology to securely, transparently, and immutably store records in the blockchain. The regulations of the German federal government will mandate the use of such systems, giving our company a first-mover advantage.
On the other hand, the DECT-Grow system is a cultivation management system designed to increase efficiency in cannabis cultivation. Using a sophisticated AI model trained on global data, the AI can provide precise instructions to cultivation managers on optimal settings for irrigation, ventilation, and lighting. By optimizing these parameters, not only can cultivation efficiency be increased, but also the yield can be significantly enhanced.
Access to both systems is exclusively reserved for DECT token holders. This means that companies must purchase DECT tokens to be able to use the systems.
The amount of the yield in gram depends on the time of purchase of the DECT token. If the DECT tokens are purchased by the end of December 2023, you will get access to the NFTs with the highest yields in gram.
The returns are paid out quarterly after the start of cultivation. We harvest the cannabis plants four times a year, which is why we can also pay out annual returns in gram on a quarterly basis. Payouts will be made in cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum or Binance Coin).
We waited around 6 months until the concept of the ICO was ready for the market and could be implemented in Germany. Two law firms from Germany supported us in this process, which is why we consider the project to be regulatory compliant. The DECT token is officially a crypto-asset and provides access to the exclusive issuance of NFTs. The NFTs in turn are able to pay out Rendiet. Our company is registered in Germany and we place great emphasis on transparency.

The Deutscher Cannabis Token will base its abbreviation on the German name and use DECT as an abbreviation. This is made up of the DE of “Deutscher” and C for “Cannabis” and T for “Token”.
We are aiming to complete our ICO in the second half of 2024. An earlier end can be expected when all 180,000 DECT tokens have been sold. The official start was in Q4 2023, after the completion of the review by lawyers.
We do not have a soft cap because we already have the means to ensure the gradual expansion of our facilities. The entire area for our cultivation is being built step by step, which is why we have not defined a soft cap. The project will definitely be realized, regardless of the success of the ICO. A hard cap is defined and is 180,000 DECT. No more tokens will be sold than the planned 180,000, as we will only grow 180,000 cannabis plants.
Yes, we will also do buybacks. Since only holders of whole DECT tokens (min. 1) are entitled to participate in the planting place NFTs, no return will be paid out for the DECT fractions. However, we would like to give these amounts to the benefit of the community, which is why we will use the returns on the DECT fractions for buybacks. Holders of parts of DECT can increase their portfolio to 1-DECT at any time and be entitled to earn returns.
Yes, we will list the DECT on international Tier2 exchanges at launch. We will announce these exchanges on our website during the ICO.
Our Growing Location

Our location is in Murchin in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania near the town of Anklam.
In the first step, we will expand parts of the site and ensure a cultivation capacity of 40 tons of cannabis. According to current estimates, these 40 tons represent 10% of the market in Germany and are achieved with the 180,000 cannabis plants grown. We can also expand to 80 tonnes in a second stage and to 120 tonnes in a third stage. However, this depends on the legislature.
There is currently no cultivation of recreational cannabis in Germany. Only a few companies are licensed to grow cannabis for medical purposes. We are one of the first companies to actively plan to grow recreational cannabis in Germany, which is why we have an immense advantage here. Our location is ideal for cannabis cultivation because the military level of security corresponds to what the law requires. We also have an immense price advantage in production because we can obtain our electricity via the photovoltaic system. Since electricity costs make up a very large part of the cannabis production costs, we can ensure cheaper production than all competitors. If all 180,000 DECT tokens are sold, we will modernize the photovoltaic system, which will provide us with electricity almost free of charge in the summer months.
We currently have many visiting appointments, but exclusively for internal employees and our marketing and sales partners. However, we will also announce many visit dates during the ICO. Then visiting our location is possible without any problems.
During the legislative process, stage 1 of decriminalization was initially actively pursued and is scheduled to be implemented in 2024. The cultivation of cannabis is permitted in so-called “Cannabis Social Clubs” and also the distribution to club members. Free sales in licensed shops are not planned until later in 2024. As part of the ICO, we will also focus on cannabis social clubs and take over the cultivation for these clubs.
