With our unique location and concept, we offer the opportunity to purchase your own cannabis plants. Each full DECT token enables the purchase of a “planting space NFT” (for 1€), which corresponds to one of the 180,000 cannabis plants at our location (cultivation start as soon as legalization is decided). One DECT token thus corresponds to one cannabis plant and generates permanent yields, with no time limit.

At our location in Mecklenburg Vorpommern, we are building Germany’s largest and most modern cannabis cultivation facility. 20% Annual Return on Cannabis Plant Harvests
Depending on the purchase date of the DECT token, token holders will have the opportunity to purchase real cannabis planting spaces as NFTs for €1. This allows token holders to benefit from annual returns of 20%. If the DECT tokens are purchased later, the return is 15% (purchase until February 2024) or 10% (purchase from March 2024). The returns are distributed after the start of cultivation after each harvest (per quarter) and can be paid out in cryptocurrencies. The foundation of the corporate ecosystem
In addition to founding the company and assembling the team, the first two quarters of 2023 saw the development of the ICO platform by our development team, the regulatory classification of the DECT token by our Lawyers, the launch of initial marketing and press activities and the establishment of additional operational business units.
Development and Marketing
During this period, initial marketing and press activities were launched in Germany for the DECT token and for our company, and conceptual development of the DECT Grow system began. We also began intensive political networking activities and established or negotiated partnerships in the cannabis, blockchain, and AI industries. Partnerships and collaborations will be announced on our website.
Political Activity and Development
In the last quarter of the year, we naturally keep a very close eye on the legislative process in Germany and exchange views with the federal government, the states and the European Union. In addition, our development team starts the conceptual development of the DECT-S2S system, which will be made available to cultivation companies and cannabis social clubs. Furthermore, the development of the cultivation management system DECT-Grow starts.
Collaboration with Cannabis Social Clubs
At the beginning of 2024, we will enter into the first collaborations and contracts with cannabis social clubs to enable cultivation for social clubs at our location. To this end, we will provide complete packages to offer the clubs a comprehensive cultivation service. The legislative process includes the start of cultivation for social clubs from June 2024, which is why we are actively moving forward and entering into partnerships.
Cultivation Preparations
In the second quarter of 2024, we will actively commence the beta testing for the DECT-Grow cultivation management system. Additionally, active customer acquisition for DECT-S2S will begin, aiming to build a substantial user base. Furthermore, expansion of the cultivation site is planned to be completed by mid-2024. During this period, we may already announce the first exchanges for listings for the DECT token.
DECT Token Launch & Marketing
We will launch the DECT token in the second half of 2024, depending on the achievement of the hard carp (possibly earlier). The launch will be announced and enriched with at least one listing. We will also launch an international marketing campaign for the DECT-Grow cultivation management system. In addition, we will start beta testing DECT-S2S and start experimental cannabis cultivation (depending on legislation).
DECT-Grow Launch & Listings
Towards the end of 2024, we will officially launch the DECT-Grow cultivation management system and publicize it with an international campaign. We will also launch a large-scale marketing campaign for the DECT-S2S system. In this context, we will activate the cultivation-specific functions of the platform. For the DECT, we will announce or carry out further listings on DEX or CEX. Marketing making activities will be intensified.
Product Launch, Cutivation & Listing
In early 2025, the official product launch of the DECT-S2S system is scheduled. This system will be distributed internationally. The DECT token will be listed on another CEX, and the cultivation of recreational cannabis in Germany will take place at our site (subject to legislation). Depending on the status, we will aim for the expansion of the site and further development.

The key issues paper drawn up by the German government on the controlled distribution of cannabis states that cannabis for recreational purposes should only be grown in Germany. The Deutsche Anbaugesellschaft DAG is planning to grow cannabis at a former NVA site in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The facility has 36 halls with a total area of 120,000 square meters. The entire site covers 600,000 square meters. This enables Deutsche Anbaugesellschaft DAG to create huge cultivation capacities. The entire site is self-sufficient and sustainably managed.
A maximum of 40 DECT tokens can be purchased per person. This corresponds to a total amount of 100,000 euros. With its small quantity, the token is strictly limited. Due to its many possible uses for both private individuals and companies, there is already high demand for this Utilty Token.
We are working closely with von Ferber Langer, a Hamburg-based law firm specializing in capital law, and WINHELLER, a Frankfurt-based law firm specializing in cryptocurrencies and ICOs. The DECT is officially a crypto asset and our ICO is not subject to authorization.
Our ICO starts in November 2023 and ends in Q4 2024 at the latest. A soft cap is not defined, but a hard cap of 180,000 DECT. A maximum of 40 DECT can be acquired and a minimum of 0.1 DECT. The token is based on the Ethereum blockchain and the launch will be announced in Q1 or Q2.
Yes, as soon as our ICO is completed and the tokens are distributed to buyers, we will list the DECT on international trading exchanges. These will be at least tier 2 exchanges (CEX) and DEX such as Uniswap. We may announce the listings towards the end of the ICO.
